Character Design - Hobbit, self insert

A University project where we got to design ourselves as a self insert character to a film franchise of our choosing. I chose Lord of the Rings and designed myself as a hobbit. They are a map makers apprentice and live in their teachers attic. they are also an artist as you can see with all the paint splatters everywhere. Part of the assignment was that they had to be a guardian of sorts so my character is a guardian of small things in nature. they look after tiny flowers such as daisies and blue bells and also help small insects. they carry a vial of honey around with them in case they come across a tired bee or dragonfly in need of an energy boost. It was my first time painting so realistically in combination with Photo - comping, I learned a lot with this project!
